Cloud clinic management, built for private practices in Egypt

Run your clinic efficiently with artificial intelligence.

Every visit, prescription and test files itself by date. Write a prescription in seconds from the drugs you usually prescribe, or dictate it out loud, and ask the assistant a question in plain language — it answers from the patient's own file, and shows you where the answer came from.

Most clinics still run on paper, WhatsApp and the phone.

01

The file never comes back.

A patient who was here three years ago comes in asking for the same prescription. The paper is gone, so the doctor writes from memory or starts the examination over.

02

The history is scattered.

Allergies, past doses and scans each live somewhere else. A question like “has this patient ever reacted to anything?” means a manual search, so it usually gets skipped.

03

Reception spends its day on the phone.

Booking, confirming, reminding, chasing payment. All of it calls, instead of time for the patients already sitting in the waiting room.

A calm, tidy clinic reception
The clinic stays calm once the paperwork and the phone calls move into the system — and reception goes back to the people in front of them.

Three steps, no training.

Any core task in three clicks or fewer: open the file, add a visit, write the prescription.

Write a prescription in seconds

From the drugs you usually prescribe, or dictate it out loud. It prints under the clinic's name with a serial number.

Ask the assistant

“What was the last dose this patient was given?” The answer comes from the patient's file, with its source.

AI in Eiada

The AI here saves the doctor time. It does not replace them.

Four things the system does on its own — it listens, it writes, it files and it answers — and one thing it never does: take a clinical decision without you.

Most used

Ask about any patient in plain language, and the answer comes from their own file

“What was the last dose this patient was given?” Ask it the way you would say it, and it answers from the patient's file, with the visit the answer came from. If it is not in the file, it says so in as many words rather than guessing.

Is he allergic to anything? Not in the file — no allergy recorded.

Dictate the prescription

Speak normally and the system proposes the lines one by one. Every line carries a confidence score, a low one is flagged for you to look at, and nothing is written until you accept it.

Open a patient file by talking

Reception says the name, the number and the complaint, and the fields fill themselves. Anything clinical — an allergy, a medication — stays a proposal until a person accepts it.

Arabic speech to text

A recording becomes text, and the original text stays beside anything extracted from it. You can go back to the source and compare at any time.

What comes back to us comes back stripped

When you correct a suggestion the correction returns to us so the system improves — but only after names, numbers and file numbers have been taken out of it. The database itself refuses to store anything that still looks like an identifier.

It proposes, it does not decideNo clinical line is written into a file without a doctor accepting it.
Every answer carries its sourceThe visit or the prescription the answer came from, with the date.
A model sits an exam firstNo model runs on your clinic until it has passed an evaluation on that same task.

An assistant that answers from the patient's file. Only that.

The governing principle: the AI proposes, it does not decide.

It answers from the patient's file itself, and every answer carries its source: the visit or the prescription it came from.

If the information is not in the file it says “not in the file”. It does not guess, and it does not answer from general medical knowledge.

It does not diagnose and does not recommend treatment, and it never edits medical data on its own. Every suggestion is reviewed by the doctor.
