Privacy policy

This site (eiada.cloud) introduces Eiada, a clinic management system. What we collect from visitors is very little, and is meant to stay that way.

When you request a trial

We store the name, clinic name and mobile number you entered, and we use them only to contact you about the trial. They reach the Eiada team on an internal email, and we do not pass them to any third party.

Visit statistics

We count page views and clicks on the page's buttons ourselves, with no cookies and no third-party script. What is recorded: the page, the referring site, and a random token that is cleared when you close the tab. Your internet address is not stored; we store a fingerprint of it that changes every day, purely to prevent abuse. The statistics are deleted after ninety days.

Patient data and the data processing agreement

This site never touches patient data. Inside Eiada itself, the clinic is the data controller and Eiada is its processor under a data processing agreement, compliant with Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. [The text of the agreement is added here after legal review.]
